Free business Counseling

To receive free business counseling please complete a "request for Counseling" form. The purpose of this form is to capture information about the type of business you're in or wish to start and how to contact you.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING:

When you click on the REQUEST FOR FREE BUSINESS COUNSELING link below, you will be taken to a new browser window which will look as shown in the example below.
This form is managed for us by the National SCORE organization in Washington. To return toe the SCORE Chapter 107 Site, you can just exit the new window after submitting your information.

If you are a returning visitor to the FORM, you can "login" using the Email address that you supplied when you first requested counseling. This will allow you to update your information.

If this is the first time you have requested counseling, be sure and click on the words 'Register Here' which is circled in the example window below. This will take you directly to the counseling request form that you will need to fill out.

An Email address is required in the form. If you do not want to provide us with an Email address or don't have one, then enter na@na.com as your Email address.
